Hair Make Over - Before & After

10/5/12 - Cut Hair
"Before"
A serious comeback...
My "Before" picture (above) is evidence of the shapeless overused mop I called hair.

A little short of six month ago, I cut 5" off my hair. Why not? It was dead, flat lined after the birth of my second son. Thinner, brittle and lifeless, I handed my friend a pair of scissors and told her to cut it off.

I pumped life back into my hair with a three step process:
1) Dietary Hair Supplement, 2) Oil for Luminosity, 3) Deep Conditioning Treatment

April 2013 - "After"
A new me

Six month later, my hair has made a full recovery. It looks and feels absolutely great. Full bodied, thicker and with an extra spring and luster to every curl, I'm overjoyed.

*Extra Tip:
If you're losing hair and it's not due to natural causes (stopped breast feeding etc.) try nuts or Flax seed Meal  (a great source of Omega-3). Nuts - Brazil nuts are one of nature's best sources of selenium, an important mineral for the health of your scalp. Walnuts contain alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid that may help condition your hair. They are also a terrific source of zinc, as are cashews, pecans, and almonds. A zinc deficiency can lead to hair shedding, so make sure nuts are a regular on your healthy hair menu.

This one found at Trader Joe's is great. You can mix it into a shake or cereal.
